I primarily practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, real estate development, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. I can provide services in purchaser and vendor conveyancing, mortgages, corporate refinance, leases, corporate records and filing, business acquisitions and sales, will preparation, probate and estate administration, and power of attorney and representation agreements.

I also have completed two years of the In-Depth Tax Program from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada; as such I am able to provide my clients with a variety of tax saving advices. I would be happy to discuss any of your legal needs.
