I practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, and real estate development.
I focus on advising developer clients in the areas of sales administration, operations and compliance, from prelaunch to closings, and on handling their vendor conveyancing. Much of this legal work is done in conjunction with the work that I do for developers in my role as Managing Broker at the real estate brokerage, Zelenika & Associates, where we have a team of specialists offering developers a full range of services. My goal is to bridge the common communication gap between a client’s legal, sales and marketing teams to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their sales program.
